On the morning of April 28, 2025, CNS Amura Precision Co., Ltd. (CAP) held a ceremony to announce personnel appointment decisions. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Phi Long – Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Corporation; Mr. Le Tan Duong – Deputy General Director of the Corporation; Mr. Le Minh Thong – Member of the Corporation’s Members’ Council; Ms. Huynh Thi Lan Huong – Director of the Corporation’s Human Resources Department; together with the leadership team, department managers/deputy managers, and production workshop representatives of CAP.
On behalf of the Corporation, Mr. Huynh Van Goul, Deputy Head of the Corporation’s Human Resources Department, announced the decision of the Corporation’s Members’ Council regarding the appointment of the representative of the Corporation’s capital contribution at CAP. On behalf of CAP, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Phuong Linh, Director of Administration & Human Resources, announced the decision to appoint Mr. Duong Quoc Khanh as Vice General Director of CAP, with a term of five (5) years effective from the appointment date.
Expressing his confidence in the youthfulness and strong commitment of Mr. Duong Quoc Khanh, the leadership believes that he will quickly adapt to his new role, continue to advise the company’s leadership, and effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the Corporation’s capital representative under authorization. He is expected to review and make decisions based on the lawful rights and interests of the Corporation, while ensuring the company’s operations are managed in full compliance with current laws and regulations. Mr. Tran Phi Long emphasized the expectation that all capital representatives of the Corporation will continue to enhance their management capacity, promote innovation in science and technology, continuously improve operations, deliver the best products and services, and contribute to the Corporation’s overall success in the coming period.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vinh Thuy emphasized the important role of the Corporation’s capital representative in exercising authorized rights and obligations to protect the lawful interests of the Corporation in accordance with prevailing laws. Therefore, the company’s leadership expects Mr. Duong Quoc Khanh to quickly familiarize himself with the role, actively contribute to the construction and development of the company, open up greater opportunities in mold design and plastic injection molding, and contribute to the overall achievements of the Corporation in the coming period.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Duong Quoc Khanh, Vice General Director of CAP, expressed his sincere appreciation to the leadership for their trust and support. He affirmed that this appointment is both an opportunity and a challenge, and committed to continuous learning, self-improvement, and enhancement of management skills in order to quickly adapt to the company’s business operations.
