We specialize in manufacturing high-precision components, including mold accessories, mold spare parts, and other precision mechanical components.
To ensure the highest level of accuracy in every detail, the company makes significant investments in advanced technologies, including 7 licensed UNIGRAPHICS NX 8.5 (Siemens) software, 1 licensed Cam Magic software for wire-cut machining, and 1 licensed HyperMill software for 5-axis CNC machining.
- Our machining workshop is fully equipped with modern machinery, including:
- Makino CNC Milling Machines (6 units)
- Makino EDM Machines (5 units)
- Mitsubishi CNC Wire Cut Machines (3 units)
- MAZAK Multi-Tasking Machine (combined turning and milling)
- SISMA Laser Welding Machine
In addition, we utilize a 3D Plastic Printer (Stratasys) to support Fast Prototyping and Research & Development (R&D), enabling optimization of component design and machining processes.
