CNS AMURA PRECISION is a leading company in the field of mold design and manufacturing, committed to delivering products with superior quality and absolute precision. Precision Mold Manufacturing accounts for 70% of the company’s core business activities. We specialize in providing high-precision mold manufacturing services, including plastic injection molds, rubber molds, die-casting molds, and stamping dies.
The company has the capacity to produce 15–20 molds per month, focusing on medium-sized molds compatible with injection molding machines up to 1,400 tons. To meet the most demanding technical requirements, we utilize advanced technology systems, including 7 licensed UNIGRAPHICS NX 8.5 (Siemens) software, 1 licensed Cam Magic software for wire-cut machines, and 1 licensed HyperMill software for 5-axis CNC machining.
Our mold workshop is fully equipped with modern machinery such as Makino CNC Milling, Makino EDM, Mitsubishi CNC Wire Cut, along with specialized equipment including Laser Welding Machines (SISMA) and Die Spotting Machines. In addition, CNS AMURA is equipped with a 3D Plastic Printer (Stratasys) to support Fast Prototyping and Research & Development (R&D) activities.
